Social services in Nottingham have been forced to seek a court order to remove a newborn baby from its mother.
The child was taken into care shortly after being born. But a High Court judge said the baby had to be returned because social services did not have the correct order.
Social services are now applying for an interim court order to take the child into care.
The 18-year-old mother, who is believed to have mental health and drug problems, has said she will oppose the move.
