NCB Now: Cuts to disabled children's benefits

In a move to align child and adult premiums, the government is cutting disabled children's benefits for up to 88,000 families. Under proposals for a universal credit, disability premiums currently within child tax credits or income support will be reduced by 1,358.76 per year from 2013.
